By accessing or using Nebula ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Nebula is provided by Neptune ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Nebula is an AI-powered tool that analyzes images and text to generate comprehensive prompts for use with generative AI systems (such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, and similar tools). The Service is provided "as-is" and subject to change without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use Nebula.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the prompts you generate.
• You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others.
• You must not use the Service to generate prompts intended to create harmful, deceptive, or illegal AI-generated content.
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's AI infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any original content you upload. By contributing a prompt to the Community Feed, you grant Neptune a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform.

Generated master prompts produced by Nebula may be used freely for personal and commercial purposes. Neptune claims no ownership over AI-generated prompt outputs.

5. Community Guidelines

Community-contributed prompts must be original, relevant to AI generation, and free from spam or misleading information. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nebula is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neptune shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages arising from AI-generated content.

7. Service Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may terminate or restrict access for accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Neptune operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
