When you use Nebula, we may collect the following types of information:
- Account Information: If you sign in via Google or GitHub, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from those providers.
- Generated Prompts: Prompts you generate are stored privately and associated with your account. Prompts you contribute to the community are stored publicly.
- Uploaded Images: Reference images you upload are sent to Cloudinary for hosting and to our AI model for analysis. Images attached to community contributions are stored persistently.
- Usage Data: Standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, retained for up to 90 days.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the Nebula AI prompt generation service
- To sync your private prompt history across devices (signed-in users only)
- To display your community contributions to other Nebula users
- To authenticate your identity and maintain session security
- To analyse usage patterns and fix bugs
3. Third-Party Services
Nebula uses the following third-party services:
Each third-party service is governed by its own privacy policy. Images uploaded for AI analysis are processed but not used to train models.
4. Data Retention
Private prompts are retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time, which removes all private data within 30 days. Community-contributed prompts may remain visible to others until explicitly removed.

6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the Nebula interface. Continued use of Nebula constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
